American Optometric Association (AOA) Royalty Program
As an AOA member, you can earn royalties for your state affiliate simply by placing your orders online with VisionWeb. Each order you place with VisionWeb earns a royalty payment to your state affiliate.

Your state affiliate must agree to participate in the program in order to receive the royalties for your orders. Please contact your state Executive Director to find out if your state affiliate participates in our Royalty Program.

State affiliates interested in participating in the program, or learning more about how VisionWeb can contribute to non-dues revenue, are encouraged to contact VisionWeb at (512) 241-8561 or email marketing@visionweb.com for more information.

Opticians Association of America (OAA) Royalty Program

As an Opticians Association of America member, you can earn royalties for the OAA and your state association by placing your orders online through VisionWeb.

All OAA members who use VisionWeb are eligible to participate. To register, simply log in to www.visionweb.com and click the OAA Royalty Program registration button. Once you register, all orders placed by any member of your staff will count toward your practice’s order total for the annual earning period, which runs from April – March each year.

VisionWeb’s Referral Rewards Program

Do you know of a practice that could benefit from VisionWeb’s insurance transaction processing service? Send them our way! If you are a current Visionweb insurance processing customer, we will give you a $50 rebate for every practice you refer that enrolls in our insurance service. We will also reward the practice that you refer with a $50 rebate for letting us know that you sent them. Send as many referrals as you want, there is no limit to the number of rebates you can earn!

Taking advantage of these programs will allow you to stay current with continuing education, conveniently on your own schedule. Access to timely clinical and industry-related news and information, is available to all VisionWeb members, located on our website. Simply log in and click the “News & Info” tab to access the news and information section.

Spotlight Email Newsletter and Email Updates
With your VisionWeb membership you receive our monthly newsletter and important site updates, right in your email inbox. Our monthly newsletter is packed with important information and tips to help you receive the maximum benefit from our services. We also send out notices when important changes or updates are made to our site. Please note that all email correspondence is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
